I was wondering how, nowadays, the experience of the fresh graduates at the time to onboard into a tech company.
The poll question was
How was your onboarding experience as a fresh graduate or junior profile?

The results are shown below:
Even though the sample is not representative, since the poll was voted by 10 people only, we can glimpse a couple of things.
63% (38% + 25%) say that the experience of the onboarding was good.
38% (25% + 13%) say that the experience was not so good.
Nothing else from this issue today, I just wanted to share this with all of you.
Any thoughts from your side? Do you ask for feedback during the onboarding period of your new team members?
