Knowledge drives you, why lose it when you change job?
I usually just share them either as a blog post or a newsletter (alongside drawings if that's appropriate).
This serves two purposes:
1. Since I can't share the exact solution I created (because that's IP of the company) I have to rethink what was the _essence_ of my solution
2. I can give a context, like why we ended up running into a problem - which I might forget if I only have a drawing.
This is great solution Akos! Also more people takes profit of that!
